Glenn Saren and Associates was founded in 1992.
Mr. Glenn Saren has over 30 years experience in sales, sales management and marketing in the 60 billion dollar paint Industry. Glenn began his career with the Sherwin-Williams Co. in 1968 within the stores division and later progressed to General Manager for Standard Paint of Orange, Connecticut � a four-store company. Glenn started work as a District Manager for Graco, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1977 covering the New England area for this international spray equipment manufacturer. In 1982 Glenn became Regional Sales Manager for the Valspar Corporation responsible for sales in the eastern half of the United States, including the Caribbean, for this paint company with over 7,000 employees. Later, Glenn became Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing for the Insl-X Products Corp. in 1984 for all of North America and the Caribbean. After its acquisition by Insl-x in 1990, Glenn became Vice President & General Manager for the Bruning Paint Co. located in Pompano Beach, Florida. It was after two successful years that Glenn began his own representative agency out of Coral Springs , Florida .

Marty brings to Saren & Associates over 35 years of professional coatings and paint related products experience. His knowledge of sales and marketing is a substantial asset for the dealers to grow their business.
Before joining Glenn, Paul worked 29 Years with Graco, Inc. as an Area Sales Manager. His knowledge of equipment, coatings and the entire paint store market is invaluable.
Rick has been in the paint business since 1962 having started his career with E.I. DuPont as a Development Chemist and Insl-X Products where Rick served as Vice President and Technical Director for 10 years. Rick has as B.S. in Chemistry and received his MBA in 1970 from Northeastern University . Rick has all the skills required to effectually communicate with specifiers, engineers, CSI �spec writers� and other bureaucrats and governmental officials.
Edwin spent the last 35 years with ICI/Glidden Paint in Puerto Rico as Purchasing Director. Edwin brings tremendous knowledge of the Latin- American Markets in Puerto Rico, Santo Domingo, Panama & Costa Rica.
